Account & Profile Data
Your username, email address, display name, and an optional profile picture you upload.
Gameplay Data
The pools you join, the picks you make, and the settings your commissioners configure. This is the data that powers standings, trophies, and history for your pool.
Usage Data
Standard server logs such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit, collected automatically like on most websites.
Local Storage
We use your browser's local storage to remember your light/dark theme preference and to save in-progress picks before you submit them. This data stays on your device and isn't sent to our servers until you submit your picks.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Create and manage your account.
- Run the core features of the Service -- showing your picks, pool standings, and trophies to you and your pool.
- Send account-related emails, such as password resets and pool invitations.
- Monitor, maintain, and improve the Service.
- Respond to questions or feedback you send us.
We don't sell your personal information.
3. How We Share Information
Within Your Pool
Your display name, profile picture, and picks are visible to other members of the pools you join, since that's the point of the Service. Your commissioner may also configure certain picks to be temporarily hidden from other members.
Service Providers
We share limited data with providers who help us run the Service, such as our email delivery and hosting providers, solely to provide their service to us.
By Law or to Protect Rights
We may disclose information if required by law, or if we believe it's necessary to investigate or prevent violations of our Terms or to protect the rights and safety of others.
4. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information. That said, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
5. Children's Privacy
The Service isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us so we can remove it.
6. Your Choices
You can review or update your account information any time from your Profile page, and you can permanently delete your account from that same page. You can also contact us directly with any privacy questions or requests.
